Welcome to Empower Inward - a place where we get curious about our stories, our patterns, our relationships, and the beliefs we have carried through life.

I'm Coach Deb, and I didn't arrive here because I figured life out.

I arrived here by living it.

I've experienced love, loss, trauma, relationships, motherhood, nursing, grief, healing, mistakes, new beginnings, and plenty of moments when I thought there must be something I was missing.

Along the way, I discovered something powerful: Sometimes we don't need another answer.

We need enough awareness to see the story we're telling ourselves.

That is what Empower Inward has become.

This podcast isn't about me telling you how to live your life.

It's an invitation to listen to my stories and the stories of others - and become curious about your own.

What patterns keep appearing?

What beliefs have you carried without questioning them?

What stories have protected you in the past but no longer serve you today?

And perhaps most importantly:

Where is your story taking you - and do you still want to go there?

Here, we don't have to judge what we uncover.

We can observe it. We can feel it. We can get curious about it. And when we recognize that an old story is taking us somewhere we no longer want to go, we can choose again.

That is empowerment from the inside out. As you listen, you may hear something in my story that reminds you of yours.

You may hear another person's experience and suddenly recognize something within yourself.

Or you may simply find yourself asking a question you've never asked before.

That's enough.

Awareness doesn't have to be forced. Healing doesn't have to look perfect. And we don't have to have everything figured out before we begin living differently.

I'm still learning.

I'm still uncovering.

I'm still creating.

And I'm still becoming curious about what life has to teach me next. So bring your story. Bring your questions. Bring the parts you've understood and the parts that still don't make sense. There is room for all of it here.
