You did everything right. So why does something still feel missing?

Maybe from the outside, your life looks full: the career, the family, the home, the milestones. You’re grateful. You know you are. And yet there’s a quiet restlessness you can’t explain, and maybe some guilt for feeling it at all. You’re not ungrateful, and you’re not broken. Often it means an old story is still steering your life, one you never chose and haven’t noticed yet.

This might be you if:

  • You look like you have it together, but inside you feel flat, tired, or disconnected

  • You keep asking yourself, “Is this it?”

  • You take care of everyone and have lost track of what you want

  • You feel guilty for wanting more when you “should” be happy

  • You’re done going through the motions

How I work

I’m Deb, a registered nurse and life coach. I won’t tell you who to become or hand you a five-step formula. I’ll ask the questions that help you notice the stories, beliefs, and patterns running beneath the surface, and then help you decide which ones you want to keep. Awareness first. Then choice. Then a life that feels like yours from the inside out.

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for mental health care. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.
